You will be expected to mentor your team, provide strategic direction, and manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment where efficiency and accuracy are paramount.

The position requires a candidate with strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record of sales success. Key Requirements
Minimum experience in sales, preferably within the banking or financial sector.
Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and staff.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close complex deals.
Knowledge of Islamic banking principles and financial products.
Analytical mindset to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
