Candidates are required to hold a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Project or Contract Management, backed by at least 35 years of relevant professional experience. Key duties involve managing FIDIC contracts, leading negotiations, and ensuring compliance with project timelines and budgets. This is a senior-level role demanding exceptional leadership and deep technical expertise in the railway construction and infrastructure domain.

Key Requirements
