EXPORT SALES PARTNER REPRESENTATIVE @ CDL
CDL is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Export Sales Partner Representative to join their dynamic team in Tanzania within the FMCG/Foods/Beverage industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth across East African markets by managing distributors and optimizing route-to-market operations. You will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's footprint by leveraging your deep understanding of traditional and modern trade dynamics. In this role, you will be expected to build and maintain strategic partnerships, analyze market trends, and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals. The position requires a candidate with a strong background in FMCG sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Your focus will be on delivering measurable results and ensuring long-term success for both the company and its export partners.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (mandatory).
MBA is an added advantage.
5-8 years' experience in FMCG sales and market execution.
Strong experience managing distributors and route-to-market operations.
Proven experience driving sales growth within East African markets.
Strong understanding of traditional trade and emerging modern trade dynamics.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills to manage external partners.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans effectively.
Deep knowledge of export regulations and international logistics in the FMCG sector.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales data analysis tools.
