Key Requirements
Advocate of the High Court of Kenya
Current practicing certificate
Minimum 2 years post-admission experience specifically in conveyancing
Demonstrable experience in security perfection for banks
Strong drafting and analytical skills
Ability to manage files independently
High levels of professionalism and integrity
Proficiency in legal research and case analysis
Excellent client relationship management skills
Deep understanding of Kenyan land laws and registration procedures
