EARTH CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (2 POSITIONS) @ CD HORIZON

They will lead and motivate teams, optimize equipment utilization, and meticulously track project progress and costs to ensure successful delivery. Key Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in earthworks/site management
Strong leadership and project management skills
Ability to manage earthwork projects and site operations effectively
Experience in supervising diverse teams and ensuring efficient equipment utilization
Proficiency in controlling project progress, costs, and adherence to safety standards
Knowledge of relevant construction regulations and safety protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
Proven problem-solving abilities and decision-making capacity
Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines
