RCM MANAGER @ CCRCM (CLAIMS CARE RCM)
CCRCM (Claims Care RCM) is seeking a dedicated and results-driven RCM Manager to join their growing team in the United Arab Emirates. As a key leader in the healthcare revenue cycle space, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of patient accounts, from initial registration and billing to final payment collection. Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management
CPC / CCS Certification (AAPC / AHIMA) preferred
Strong expertise in Revenue Cycle & Operations
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Medical / Paramedical background)
Proven leadership and team management skills
Ability to manage end-to-end revenue cycle operations efficiently
In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing software and systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong understanding of UAE healthcare regulations and compliance
Effective communication skills for stakeholder management
