SITE ENGINEER – STRUCTURES @ CCECC DUBAI
The Site Engineer – Structures will play a pivotal role in a major infrastructure project in Dubai, overseeing the construction and implementation of various structural components such as bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and underpasses. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities align with approved engineering drawings, project specifications, and the highest standards of quality. This role involves extensive coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and internal QA/QC teams to maintain workflow efficiency and project integrity.
In addition to technical supervision, the engineer must prioritize site safety and health (HSE) compliance while monitoring progress against established timelines. Key tasks include maintaining meticulous project documentation and managing site teams to deliver results within the set deadlines. This position is ideal for a civil engineering professional with a strong background in UAE-based infrastructure and a deep understanding of local construction standards and procedures.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in UAE infrastructure projects.
Demonstrated experience in structural works including bridges and underpasses.
Familiarity with Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) project standards is a plus.
Strong ability to supervise and manage site teams and subcontractors effectively.
Commitment to ensuring Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance on-site.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural drawings and technical specifications.
Excellent coordination skills to work with consultants and QA/QC teams.
Capability to monitor project progress and maintain detailed site documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet strict project timelines.
