The successful candidates will be responsible for the full spectrum of perioperative management, adhering strictly to national guidelines and professional standards. Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Medicine
Certification or Diploma in Anesthesia or BSc in Nurse Anesthesia
Registered and licensed with the relevant Tanzanian professional council
Possession of a valid and current practicing license
Experience delivering anesthesia for surgical and obstetric procedures
Capability to provide anesthesia for emergency and diagnostic procedures
Commitment to patient safety and adherence to professional standards
Strong clinical decision-making abilities under high-pressure situations
Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a clinical setting
Professionalism and high attention to detail in perioperative care
