QUALITY & SAFETY OFFICER @ CCBRT
The Quality & Safety Officer will play a critical role in supporting the Quality Assurance Department at CCBRT Hospital. The primary objective is to monitor and improve the standard of healthcare services by ensuring compliance with established quality management protocols, leading improvement plans, and conducting regular nursing, midwifery, and clinical audits. This position is essential for maintaining the hospital's operational excellence and commitment to patient safety.
The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of quality initiatives, including 5S, KAIZEN, and Total Quality Management (TQM). They will be responsible for analyzing client feedback, identifying gaps in clinical processes, and driving corrective actions through staff training and departmental collaboration. The role requires a proactive professional capable of translating data into actionable quality improvements within a fast-paced medical environment.

Key Requirements
Degree in Medicine, Nursing, Midwifery, Health Administration, or Public Health
Minimum 3 years of professional clinical experience
Proven experience in Quality Management Systems or Quality Assurance
Strong analytical skills for identifying process gaps
Proficiency in clinical audit methodologies and reporting
Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and mentor clinical teams
Excellent proficiency in English and Swahili languages
Advanced computer literacy for data management and reporting
Strong interpersonal skills for cross-departmental coordination
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
