CBM360TIV is expanding its technical inspection and quality assurance team for a major Mining & Mineral Loss Control Project in Tanzania. We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector with strong operational and field expertise to manage quality standards across various project phases. The role involves overseeing inspection processes, ensuring compliance with international standards, and minimizing mineral loss through rigorous testing and reporting.
The successful candidate will work closely with the technical team to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions. This position requires significant field presence and the ability to work in remote mining locations within Tanzania. You will be responsible for validating the accuracy of sampling and testing procedures while maintaining high standards of documentation to ensure project integrity.

Key Requirements
5–10 years of experience in mining and mineral operations
Proven project exposure in Africa and/or South America
Diploma or Degree in Mining, Mechanical, or Technical disciplines
Strong knowledge of inspection, sampling, testing, and reporting standards
Proficiency in English
In-depth experience with quality management systems like ISO 9001
Ability to perform comprehensive site audits and inspections
Advanced knowledge of health and safety regulations in mining environments
Strong analytical skills for complex data interpretation and trend analysis
Excellent communication skills for technical reporting and stakeholder management
