QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR (MINING & MINERAL) @ CBM360TIV
CBM360TIV is currently recruiting for the role of Quality Control Inspector (Mining & Mineral) to support a large-scale Mining & Mineral Loss Control Project in Kenya. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of inspection and quality assurance across all mineral operations. This role is pivotal in safeguarding against mineral loss and maintaining the integrity of extracted materials through rigorous field inspections and laboratory oversight. Professionals will work closely with technical teams to optimize operational efficiency and compliance within the Kenyan mining sector. Candidates will be expected to conduct regular site visits and oversee the implementation of quality control protocols in various project locations across the country. The position demands a high level of technical expertise and the ability to adapt to the challenging environments typical of major mining projects in Africa. Key Requirements
5–10 years of experience in Mining & Mineral operations.
Diploma or Degree in Mining, Mechanical, or Technical Engineering.
Experience in Africa and/or South America projects.
Strong field inspection, sampling, and testing knowledge.
French language proficiency is preferred.
Expertise in mineral loss control methodologies.
Ability to analyze laboratory testing results accurately.
Knowledge of international quality standards for minerals.
Strong technical reporting and documentation skills.
Capacity to work in remote mining site environments.
