We are seeking a dedicated Minerals Inspector to join our Mining & Mineral Loss Control Project in Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for the physical inspection of various mineral types, ensuring they align with project specifications and regulatory requirements. This role involves frequent site visits and the application of rigorous inspection methodologies to prevent material loss and ensure grade accuracy.

You will be tasked with documenting inspection findings, coordinating with laboratory analysts, and providing real-time feedback to project managers. This is an essential role for maintaining the transparency and efficiency of mineral transport and processing within the region.

Key Requirements
5–10 years of professional experience in mineral inspection and mining.
Previous project experience in the African or South American mining sectors.
A Diploma or Degree in Mining or a related technical field.
Expertise in international mineral inspection standards.
High level of proficiency in the English language.
Demonstrated ability to perform accurate field measurements.
Knowledge of geological and mineralogical assessment techniques.
Capability to produce detailed inspection and verification reports.
Experience with physical sampling tools and equipment.
Strong ethical standards regarding mineral verification and reporting.
