Key Requirements
5-10 years of relevant professional experience in finance management.
Previous experience in mining, industrial, or large-scale projects.
Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
High English proficiency for international stakeholder reporting.
Strategic financial planning and complex budgeting experience.
Expertise in risk management and internal controls.
Leadership experience managing a professional finance team.
In-depth knowledge of IFRS and local regulatory requirements.
High-level communication and presentation skills.
