EXPORT CONTROL INSPECTOR (MINING & MINERALS) @ CBM360TIV
CBM360TIV is hiring an Export Control Inspector for its major Mining & Mineral Loss Control Project in Tanzania. This position focuses on the regulatory compliance and procedural integrity of mineral exports leaving the country. You will be responsible for auditing documentation and physical shipments to ensure that all exported materials align with government regulations and company standards.
The role involves significant coordination with logistics teams and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless and compliant export processes. As part of this large-scale technical inspection project, you will help mitigate financial losses associated with improper documentation or non-compliant shipping practices. This is a critical role for professionals with a background in customs, logistics, or regulatory oversight within the mining industry.

Key Requirements
5–10 years of experience in mining and mineral operations
Proven project exposure in Africa and/or South America
Diploma or Degree in Mining, Mechanical, or Technical disciplines
Strong knowledge of inspection, sampling, testing, and reporting standards
Proficiency in English
Deep understanding of export regulations and customs requirements for minerals
Experience in audit procedures for export documentation and manifests
Ability to liaise with government and regulatory bodies in Tanzania effectively
Proficiency in inventory management and shipping manifest verification
Advanced risk assessment skills regarding cross-border mineral trade
