EXPORT CONTROL INSPECTOR (MINING & MINERALS) @ CBM360TIV
The Export Control Inspector position is a critical role within the CBM360TIV Mining & Mineral Loss Control Project. This role focuses on the oversight of mineral exports from Tanzania, ensuring that all shipments are properly verified, weighed, and documented before leaving the country. You will work at the intersection of logistics and technical inspection, ensuring that export regulations are strictly followed and that mineral quantities are accurately accounted for.
You will be responsible for auditing export documentation and performing physical checks on cargo integrity. By maintaining strict control over the export process, you will help minimize financial and material losses for the project. This role requires a professional who is detail-oriented and possesses a thorough understanding of the logistical challenges associated with mining exports in international markets.

Key Requirements
At least 5–10 years of experience in mining, logistics, or export control.
Prior experience working on mining projects in Africa or South America.
Academic background in Mining, Logistics, or a Technical discipline.
Thorough understanding of export regulations and reporting standards.
Fluent in English to facilitate international reporting.
Knowledge of weighing systems and cargo security protocols.
Ability to verify complex shipping and mineral grade documentation.
Experience in identifying and mitigating risks in the export supply chain.
Strong analytical skills for data reconciliation.
Competency in using digital export management and tracking tools.
