CBM360TIV is expanding its mining operations in Tanzania and is seeking an experienced Environment Manager to lead environmental management strategies for our large-scale mining project. The Environment Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of environmental compliance, ensuring that operations align with both local regulations and international sustainability standards. This role requires a professional who can effectively manage environmental impact assessments and coordinate with operational teams to minimize ecological footprints.

Key Requirements
5–10 years of relevant professional experience in environmental management.
Previous experience in mining, industrial, or large-scale projects preferred.
Degree or Diploma in Environmental Science or a related discipline.
Strong analytical, compliance, and reporting capabilities.
English proficiency required for communication and documentation.
In-depth knowledge of local and international environmental regulations.
Proven ability to lead and manage professional teams in remote locations.
Experience in conducting environmental impact assessments (EIA).
Ability to develop and implement sustainability policies.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
