Catering AKO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, tax compliance, and managing accounts payable and receivable. This role requires a meticulous professional capable of maintaining high standards of financial integrity while supporting the company's operational goals in Dar es Salaam.
The Senior Accountant will also collaborate closely with management to provide actionable financial insights, assist in budget preparation, and ensure all accounting practices comply with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong ethical judgment and technical proficiency in financial systems to drive accurate reporting and fiscal responsibility within our organization.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA (T) or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial accounting and reporting.
Proficiency in ERP System and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
High level of integrity and professional ethics.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience in corporate tax and statutory compliance.
