We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with financial standards to support the strategic growth of our facilities management operations. You will work closely with senior management to provide actionable insights that drive business performance and operational efficiency.
The role involves maintaining robust financial records, managing audits, and analyzing financial data to support decision-making processes. You will be expected to leverage your extensive expertise in accounting software and analytical tools to optimize our financial workflows and contribute to the long-term success of the organization.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA (T) or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in financial accounting and reporting.
Proficiency in ERP System and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
Proven ability to manage financial audits and compliance.
Effective communication skills for stakeholder management.
Understanding of tax regulations and financial legislation in Tanzania.
Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines.
