Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, or Project Management.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in catering or hospitality management.
Strong knowledge of budgeting and cost control.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/operational systems.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Excellent communication and relationship management.
Experience in remote camps or mining sites is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Problem-solving capabilities in operational environments.
