EXECUTIVE CHEF @ CATE HOTEL & CONVENTION CENTRE
Cate Hotel & Convention Centre in Morogoro is currently seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations. The ideal candidate will be a culinary professional with a deep passion for gastronomy and a track record of excellence in the hospitality industry. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen department, ensuring that we continue to provide high-quality dining experiences for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and efficiency.

Key Requirements
Experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a reputable hotel or resort.
Strong knowledge of Swahili, Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisines.
Hands-on experience in large-scale food production for events and banquets.
Ability to manage daily kitchen operations and food quality control.
Strong leadership skills to train and supervise kitchen staff.
Experience in menu planning, inventory management, and cost optimization.
Good understanding of HACCP and food safety standards.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure.
Previous work experience in Tanzania is highly preferred.
