HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR @ CASA MIKOKO
We are looking for a diligent Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Paje, Zanzibar. In this role, you will lead a team of housekeepers to ensure the immaculate presentation of all guest rooms and communal areas. You will be responsible for daily room inspections and ensuring that all standards are met with precision.
You will play a crucial role in maintaining our boutique hotel’s environment by managing daily workflow, inspecting the quality of work performed, and coaching team members. Your attention to detail will ensure that every guest experience is flawless and meets our high luxury standards.

Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the same or a similar position.
Strong guest-service and communication skills.
Professional attitude and excellent personal presentation.
