Casa Mikoko is creating a unique boutique hospitality destination in Paje, Zanzibar. We are seeking a professional Bell Attendant / Driver to ensure our guests receive a warm welcome and efficient transport services. This role is central to the guest experience, requiring a high standard of professionalism and care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing luggage, providing transport for guests, and acting as a local guide. You will maintain our vehicles in excellent condition and assist with guest requests upon arrival and departure, contributing to the memorable experiences our boutique destination strives to provide.

Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the same or a similar position.
Strong guest-service and communication skills.
Professional attitude and excellent personal presentation.
Passion for hospitality and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Team spirit, flexibility, and commitment to service excellence.
Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
Knowledge of local areas and attractions in Zanzibar.
Physical stamina to handle luggage and vehicle maintenance.
High degree of integrity and punctuality.
