BARISTA SUPERVISOR @ CASA MIKOKO
Casa Mikoko is looking for an experienced Barista Supervisor to lead our coffee operations during our pre-opening stage. You will oversee the daily activities of the coffee bar, manage stock, and ensure that every cup of coffee served meets our high standards of quality and excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and a deep passion for coffee culture.
In this role, you will train and mentor the barista staff, optimize workflows, and ensure that the service provided aligns with our brand values. You will be instrumental in creating a premium coffee experience for our guests in the scenic Paje area. Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the same or a similar position.
Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
Professional attitude and presentation.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work within a multicultural team.

Advanced proficiency in coffee preparation and latte art techniques.
Experience in staff supervision and team training.
Strong knowledge of coffee machinery maintenance and sanitation.
