ACCOUNTS OFFICER / COST CONTROLLER @ CASA MIKOKO
We are looking for an Accounts Officer / Cost Controller to join our pre-opening team at Casa Mikoko in Zanzibar. This position focuses on cost management, inventory tracking, and financial control to support our boutique hotel operations.
The successful candidate will ensure that all hotel costs are monitored, controlled, and recorded accurately. You will play a key role in maintaining cost-efficiency across various departments and providing financial insights to the management team as we prepare for our grand opening.

Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in cost control or accounting
Relevant professional qualifications in finance or hospitality management
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional attitude and excellent personal presentation
Attention to detail and ability to work in a multicultural environment
Team spirit, flexibility, and commitment to service excellence
Excellent analytical skills and inventory auditing ability
Experience in food and beverage cost control is a plus
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and integrity
Proficiency in financial software platforms
