TELESALES @ CARTRACK
Cartrack Tanzania is seeking a dynamic Telesales professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers to promote our industry-leading fleet management and vehicle tracking solutions. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your primary goal is to generate interest, explain product benefits, and schedule appointments for the sales team or close direct sales.
The ideal candidate should be highly motivated with a resilient attitude toward sales targets. You will be expected to maintain an accurate database of client interactions and provide feedback to management regarding market trends. Successful candidates will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence in Tanzania by delivering exceptional first impressions and building a robust sales pipeline.

Key Requirements
Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection from potential customers.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus.
Proficiency in both English and Swahili.
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software.
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
