Key Requirements
Relevant educational background or experience in Cost Management.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for cost data.
Basic understanding of commercial and contract principles in construction.
Ability to manage assigned tasks effectively under supervision.
Immediate availability to join the team in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data modeling.
Strong willingness to learn local UAE construction practices and regulations.
Good communication skills for working within a collaborative team.
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering.
Ability to assist in the preparation of cost reports and valuations.
