Key Requirements
Valid Practicing Certificate as an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania
Demonstrated experience in corporate law, labour /employment law, and litigation
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Additional skills, such as use of AI platforms, an added advantage
Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple client matters independently and meet deadlines
Sound judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail
A team player with strong interpersonal and client-relationship skills
