Key Requirements
Graduation (Intermediate, B.Com, or equivalent) is required.
Must have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in sales within the logistics field.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets regularly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
In-depth knowledge of local and international freight market trends.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation and persuasive capabilities.
