Career Options Africa Group is currently searching for a dedicated Driver to join our workforce in Rwanda. This role is vital for ensuring the timely and safe movement of goods and staff across various operational sites. The selected candidate will represent the organization on the road and must exhibit the highest levels of punctuality and road safety. Beyond driving duties, the role encompasses the management of vehicle paperwork and the performance of routine technical inspections. The driver is expected to identify potential mechanical issues early and ensure that the vehicle remains in top working condition at all times. Professionalism and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role within the Rwandan market.
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid Class E driving license.
At least 2 years of proven experience as a professional driver.
Demonstrated knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
Completion of Form Four Certificate of Secondary Education or equivalent.
Ability to safely operate company vehicles for official assignments.
Skill in operating handling equipment to support business operations.
Commitment to checking daily technical conditions of the assigned vehicle.
Responsibility for ensuring all vehicle documents are up to date.
Strict adherence to traffic safety regulations and efficient driving practices.
Ability to follow designated routes and time schedules accurately.
