The driver will be responsible for navigating local routes effectively while ensuring the safety of all passengers and the integrity of transported goods. Applicants must be prepared to handle daily vehicle maintenance tasks, including checking oil levels, tire pressure, and overall engine health. Adherence to company policies regarding vehicle use and maintenance is mandatory. The role also requires the ability to operate specialized handling equipment to assist in loading and unloading tasks as required by the business.
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid Class E driving license.
At least 2 years of proven experience as a professional driver.
Demonstrated knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
Completion of Form Four Certificate of Secondary Education or equivalent.
Ability to safely operate company vehicles for official assignments.
Skill in operating handling equipment to support business operations.
Commitment to checking daily technical conditions of the assigned vehicle.
Responsibility for ensuring all vehicle documents are up to date.
Strict adherence to traffic safety regulations and efficient driving practices.
Ability to follow designated routes and time schedules accurately.
