Key Requirements
Authorized to work in the United States (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, etc.)
Educational background in Mechanical Engineering or Tooling Technology
Extensive knowledge of tool design, fabrication, and repair processes
Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD
Understanding of metallurgy and material properties for tool construction
Ability to manage tooling projects from design phase to production
High level of attention to detail and precision in engineering tasks
