Key Requirements
Legal authorization to work in the US (STEM OPT, H1B, EAD, etc.)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Solid understanding of electrical circuits and power distribution
Experience with PCB design software and simulation tools
Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety standards
Strong analytical skills for system testing and performance evaluation
Capability to work effectively in a hybrid or remote environment
Active participation in job tracking and interview preparation sessions
Excellent written and verbal communication for technical reporting
Familiarity with PLC programming and automation control systems
