HVAC ENGINEER @ CAREER BRAIN
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Engineer to lead the design and implementation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our MEP projects in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for calculating thermal loads, selecting equipment, and ensuring that HVAC systems operate at peak efficiency. This role is crucial for delivering comfort and safety in various building types, from residential towers to commercial complexes, within the unique climate of the UAE.
In this position, you will work closely with architects and other engineers to integrate HVAC solutions into building designs seamlessly. You will also oversee the installation process and conduct performance testing to ensure systems meet all regulatory and performance requirements. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Proven track record in HVAC design and installation.
Proficiency in load calculation software like HAP or Elite.
Solid understanding of ASHRAE and SMACNA standards.
Experience with VRF, Chilled Water, and DX systems.
Ability to conduct site inspections and verify installations.
Strong technical writing skills for reports and specifications.
Excellent interpersonal skills for client and team interaction.
Detail-oriented approach to design and quality control.
