Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid license to practice nursing from the Tanzania Nursing and Midwifery Council.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical center.
Deep compassion for patients and a commitment to high-quality care.
Strong clinical skills including vital signs monitoring and medication administration.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
Knowledge of infection control protocols and safety standards.
Experience in emergency care or specialized units is a plus.
