SPAREPARTS INCHARGE - COMMERCIAL VEHICLES @ CARCRAFT SOLUTIONS
We are currently hiring for a Spareparts Incharge position within our Automobile Dealership operations in South Africa. This role is focused on the management and distribution of commercial vehicle parts, specifically targeting buses and trucks. The ideal candidate will possess a technical background and extensive experience in regional automotive markets, ensuring the efficient operation of the parts department to support maintenance and repair services. The package includes a salary of USD 1200 per month, food allowance, visa, flight tickets, and provided accommodation.
As part of this role, you will be expected to maintain high standards of inventory accuracy and lead a team in the identification and procurement of technical components. Candidates must be willing to relocate and adapt to the local market requirements while maintaining communication with international suppliers. Your previous experience in GCC or African logistics and repairs will be a significant asset in navigating the unique challenges of the South African commercial vehicle market.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in a relevant technical field is compulsory.
5 to 7 years of professional experience specifically in commercial vehicles such as buses and trucks.
Proven expertise in the service and repairs of heavy commercial vehicle components.
Prior working experience within GCC or African countries is highly preferred.
Must be proficient in spoken and written English for effective communication.
Strong knowledge of spare parts inventory management and automated tracking systems.
Ability to manage procurement, storage, and distribution of vehicle components.
Deep familiarity with technical specifications of major global bus and truck brands.
Demonstrated experience in vendor management and price negotiation for automotive parts.
Excellent analytical skills for maintaining record-keeping and reporting of inventory levels.
