SERVICE ADVISOR - COMMERCIAL VEHICLES @ CARCRAFT SOLUTIONS
CarCraft Solutions is seeking a Service Advisor for an Automobile Dealership focused on Commercial Vehicles with operations in South Africa. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance and repairs for heavy vehicles such as buses and trucks, serving as the primary point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance. The role involves diagnosing vehicle needs, scheduling service appointments, and maintaining detailed records of work performed to ensure operational excellence. This opportunity offers a salary of USD 1000 per month, plus benefits including food allowance, visa support, flight tickets, and accommodation. Candidates should possess a Diploma or BE and have at least 4 years of experience in the commercial vehicle industry. Strong communication skills in English are essential, and experience within the African or GCC automotive markets will be considered a significant advantage for this position.
Key Requirements

4 to 7 years of professional experience in commercial vehicles.
Proven expertise in service and repairs for buses and trucks.
Prior working experience in GCC or African countries is required.
Must be able to speak and write effectively in English.

Experience in managing service documentation and warranty claims.
