HSE ENGINEER - 1 NOS @ CARAWAN MEP
We are looking for a dedicated HSE Engineer to join our team in the United Arab Emirates for our ongoing and upcoming projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing health, safety, and environmental protocols on-site, ensuring all activities comply with local regulations and company standards. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in GCC-based projects, particularly within the MEP sector, to maintain a zero-harm working environment and promote safe practices across all levels of the project.
The HSE Engineer will conduct regular site inspections, lead safety training sessions, and prepare detailed reports for management. Key duties include identifying potential hazards, implementing mitigation strategies, and fostering a culture of safety among all project staff. We value immediate joiners who are currently based in the UAE and possess the necessary technical expertise to lead our safety initiatives effectively and ensure full regulatory compliance across all project phases.

Key Requirements
Must have GCC Experience.
Candidates must be currently available in the UAE.
Preferably an immediate joiner.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related safety field.
Valid NEBOSH IGC or equivalent professional safety certification.
In-depth knowledge of UAE Health and Safety laws and regulations.
Proven experience in developing and implementing safety management systems.
Ability to perform detailed incident investigations and root cause analysis.
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage site safety culture.
Proficiency in preparing health and safety reports and documentation.
