Capriole Construction Company is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Civil Engineer to join our team at our branch in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with all technical specifications and safety standards. This role primarily focuses on both residential and commercial projects, requiring a professional who can navigate the complexities of different construction environments while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
As a Site Civil Engineer, you will be expected to utilize your construction background to manage on-site activities, coordinate with various stakeholders, and provide technical guidance to the construction team. We prefer candidates who are graduates of public universities and possess 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Your duties will include site supervision, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring compliance with local UAE building regulations. Key Requirements
1-2 years of experience in civil engineering.
Preferably a graduate from a public university.
Strong construction background required.
Experience working on Residential projects.
Experience working on Commercial projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.
Solid understanding of structural analysis and safety protocols.
Ability to interpret technical blueprints and schematics.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Familiarity with UAE local building codes and regulations.
