Key Requirements
Extensive experience in legal counsel within the GCC region.
Demonstrable track record in legal services and corporate governance.
In-depth understanding of regional regulatory frameworks and laws.
Direct experience with FSRA or VARA regulated environments.
Ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes during uncertainty.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal stakeholders.
Pre-approved individual status with regional regulators is highly preferred.
Professional legal qualification such as an LLM or equivalent degree.
Proven ability to project stability and manage Failed submission risks.
