Key Requirements
Significant experience in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) functions.
Deep knowledge of FSRA or VARA regulations and compliance standards.
History of successful regulatory submissions and interactions.
Experience working directly with UAE regulators and authorities.
Strong analytical skills for identifying and mitigating compliance risks.
Ability to strengthen GRC functions within financial service firms.
Regional regulatory approval as an 'Approved Individual' is highly desirable.
Detail-oriented mindset with high standards for ethical conduct.
Academic degree in Law, Finance, or a related business field.
Excellent reporting, documentation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
