Cana Beverages Co Limited is looking for high-energy Sales Representatives to drive volume, manage distribution networks, and deliver retail execution excellence across several key territories. The role focuses on achieving both primary and secondary sales growth targets through effective engagement with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. Candidates will be responsible for leading product seeding and ensuring total range availability across all market channels.
This position requires managing company assets and ensuring compliance while guiding distributors' staff for peak performance. The target areas include Territory 1 (Ubungo, Kibaha, and Chalinze), Territory 2 (Mkuranga, Kisarawe, Rufiji, Mtwara, and Lindi), and Territory 3 (Morogoro, Iringa, Tanga, and Dodoma). The ideal candidate should be prepared for on-site territory management and be able to implement top-tier standards in quality, visibility, price, and promotion.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, distribution, or FMCG.
Experience in the spirits or alcohol industry is a highly valuable advantage.
Maximum age of 30 years old.
Strong market analysis and reporting skills.
High level of integrity and professional accountability.
Proven customer relationship management (CRM) skills.
Resilient and entrepreneurial mindset for fast-paced growth.
Ability to guide and coach distributors' van salesmen and merchandisers.
Effective utilization and compliance of company assets in the market.
