We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Engineer to join our team in Kibaigwa, Dodoma. The role requires a candidate who can combine technical engineering knowledge with sales skills to provide solutions to our customers in the industrial machinery sector. You will be responsible for technical presentations, product demonstrations, and managing the sales cycle from initial contact to after-sales support in the Dodoma region.

Key Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or Business related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience in industrial machinery/equipment sales.
Strong technical background to effectively communicate engineering specifications.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close complex sales deals.
Target-driven mindset with a focus on consistent performance and growth.
Proficiency in using CRM software to track leads and sales activities.
Strong networking skills within the construction, mining, and industrial sectors.
Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical advice to clients on-site.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
