Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial machinery and heavy equipment sales.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with high-level corporate clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
Deep understanding of the heavy-duty equipment market and customer needs in Tanzania.
Ability to lead and manage a sales team to achieve collective goals.
Strong analytical skills for conducting market research and competitor analysis.
Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
