This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and safety of our transport operations. Based in Dar es Salaam, you will be responsible for real-time monitoring of our vehicle fleet using advanced GPS tracking systems, ensuring that all logistics operations proceed smoothly and on schedule. The successful candidates will coordinate closely with drivers and the operations team to handle delays, breakdowns, or route deviations. You will maintain meticulous daily reports and tracking records. Key Requirements
Basic computer knowledge including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with GPS tracking software and systems.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the logistics or transport sector.
Strong analytical skills to monitor routes and identify deviations.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions during breakdowns.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective coordination with drivers and staff.
