The successful candidate will be responsible for real-time monitoring of our fleet using advanced GPS tracking systems to ensure all vehicles follow assigned routes and schedules. This role is critical in maintaining the efficiency of our logistics operations and providing timely updates to both the operations team and management. Key Requirements
Basic computer knowledge, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in using GPS tracking systems and fleet management software.
Strong communication skills for interacting with drivers and operations teams.
Ability to work effectively in shifts to ensure 24/7 monitoring.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the logistics or transport sector.
Analytical skills to identify route deviations or potential delivery delays.
Extreme attention to detail for maintaining accurate tracking records and daily reports.
Ability to remain calm and coordinate effectively during emergency breakdowns.
Knowledge of local and regional geography to optimize vehicle routes.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple vehicle statuses simultaneously.
