The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end talent acquisition, driving learning and development strategy, overseeing succession planning, enabling internal mobility, and supporting organizational design and workforce planning initiatives. The role will also champion leadership development, build high-potential talent pipelines, and foster a high-performance culture. Given the nature of the industry, the role is strictly onsite and full-time, requiring a candidate who can thrive in a dynamic banking environment while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
