C. Steinweg Bridge Tanzania Ltd is seeking a dedicated Transport Controller to join our operational team in Dar es Salaam. The role focuses on ensuring operational excellence by coordinating and tracking logistics for import, export, and transit cargo operations while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and following up on transport movements, managing bookings with carriers, and handling invoicing and documentation. You will play a key role in maintaining clear communication with our clients and resolving queries efficiently to uphold our reputation in the transport logistics sector.

Key Requirements
Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Transport Logistics, Clearing & Forwarding, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in transport logistics.
High level of computer literacy (MS Office, Email, Outlook).
Proficiency in SAP, BOS, or TANCIS is considered a significant advantage.
Strong communication skills for effective liaison with clients and carriers.
Proven problem-solving and organizational capabilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high accuracy and meeting strict deadlines.
Must be proactive, decisive, and customer-focused.
Good understanding of border clearance procedures and regulatory requirements.
Analytical mindset with the ability to prepare detailed logistics reports and handle invoicing.
