BVM Consultancy Agency is seeking a skilled Boiler Technician / Engineer to join our professional team in Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, operation, inspection, and maintenance of industrial boiler systems, ensuring they run efficiently and safely at all times. You will play a critical role in minimizing downtime through proactive preventive maintenance and rapid response to mechanical faults.
In addition to technical duties, you will be expected to maintain detailed maintenance logs and provide clear technical reports to management. You must ensure that all operations strictly adhere to safety regulations and industry standards. The monthly salary for this position is TZS 1.2M – 1.4M.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in boiler operation and maintenance.
Knowledge of industrial boiler systems and safety procedures.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Proficiency in reading technical blueprints and schematics.
Ability to work in industrial environments.
Commitment to workplace safety standards.
Good organizational skills for documentation and reporting.
Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.
Physical stamina for onsite inspections and repairs.
