The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, managing social media presence, and optimizing campaigns to drive leads in the beauty and medical aesthetic space.
This role requires a deep understanding of the aesthetic industry's nuances and digital conversion funnels. The candidate must be comfortable working in Dar es Salaam, ensuring that marketing efforts align with high-end clinical standards while reporting directly to the management team to deliver measurable results on investment.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing specifically within the medical or aesthetic sector.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO/SEM strategies.
Ability to analyze data and create detailed performance reports.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of graphic design and video content creation.
Capability to manage multiple digital platforms concurrently.
Knowledge of customer retention and lead generation methodologies.
Strategic planning and brand management abilities.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
