BRANCH ACCOUNTANT / ADMIN @ BULKTZ
This vital role, based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, is designed to support branch operations by diligently managing all accounting, administration, inventory, and cash functions. The primary goal is to ensure unparalleled accuracy, robust control, and timely reporting across all financial and operational aspects of the branch.
Key responsibilities include processing customer payments, issuing official receipts and statements, and meticulously following up on outstanding balances. The Branch Accountant/Admin will also be responsible for preparing invoices, managing cash collections, banking, and reconciliation processes, including petty cash management. Furthermore, the role involves daily sales and cash reconciliations, maintaining accurate accounting records within SAP Business One for general ledger, AR/AP, cash, bank, and inventory, reconciling customer and supplier accounts, and performing stock reconciliations. They will also advise the Branch Manager on stock matters, prepare comprehensive branch reports (sales, cash, collections, stock, aged debtors, and monthly close), and ensure compliance with company policies through audit support and excellent record-keeping.

Key Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting or administration.
Proficiency in SAP Business One (an advantage).
Strong Excel and reporting skills.
Demonstrated high integrity, accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple financial and administrative tasks efficiently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
